About the Author


Joseph L. Baird is Professor Emeritus of Medieval Studies at Kent State University. He has published widely both in his academic field of Medieval Studies and in the field of Disability Studies. He is translator with Radd K. Ehrman of The Letters of Hildegard of Bingen, Vol. I III.
